A visit of KrNU delegation to Poland educational institutions

On October 19-24, a KrNU delegation consist of Head of International Affairs and Pubic Relations Department, Andrii Markevych, and chair of International Relations sector of Institute of Electromechanics, Energy Saving and Control Systems, Dmytro Mamchur, visited educational institutions of Polish Republic.

First part of the visit was held in Lublin University of Technology (LUT). Within the scope of Agreement of Collaboration between Kremenchuk and Lublin Universities it was discussed possibility of studying KrNU students for double-diplomas programs in LUT.

Also it was held meetings with LUT Chancellor Wieslaw Sikora,

vice deans of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, assoc. prof. Paweł DROŹDZIEL and dr inż. Anna RUDAWSKA, and also with vice dean for Student Affair of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science dr inż. Paweł Mazurek Paweł Artur MAZUREK and dr inż. Paweł KOMADA.

As results of the meetings it was reached preliminary agreements to concord Curriculums for possibility of implementation double-diploma educational programs. Also it was held meetings with representatives of International Relations department. At the meeting it was discussed possibilities of joint participation in EU educational programs ERASMUS+ and HORIZON 2020.

Second part of the visit was held in Kremenchuks sister-city, the city of Bydgoszcz, in University of Economy (WSG).

During meeting with WSG Chancellor Philip Sikora and prof. Cezary Kościelak it was discussed ways of intensification the cooperation between universities, paying priority attention to:
- possibility for KrNU students to study for double-diploma programs;
- lections of KrNU professors for WSG students;
- joint work for industrial projects;
- joint participation in EU educational programs ERASMUS+ and HORIZON 2020.

As results of the meetings it was arranged visits of delegations from polish universities to KrNU for further development of cooperation.
