Internship of our teachers at the Institute of Technology and Business (České Budějovice, Czech Republic)
During April and May, the teachers of KrNU visited the Institute of Technology and Business (České Budějovice, Czech Republic) for internship.
From May 15 till May 29, at the Department of Tourism, the internship was conducted by D.Sc., prof., head of the Department of Tourism of the KrNU Trunina I. M. She studied in detail the educational process at the Institute of Technology and Business, as well as with the peculiarities of the curricula in the specialty.
In the period from April 24 to May 31, the professor of the Translation Department Anurina I. S. was on an internship at the Department of Foreign Languages of the above-mentioned institution of higher education. The internship included the teaching of German for full-time and part-time students, who studying economics and technical professions. In addition, the teacher Anurina I. S. with his Czech colleagues wrote a scientific paper on the problems of teaching German for students who already speak English.
Also, during the period from May 15 to June 9, at the Faculty of Strategy of the Enterprise was trained Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Human Health and Physical Culture of the KrNU Kushch O. S. He familiarized himself with the peculiarities of teaching applied psychology and worked with Czech colleagues on writing a scientific article on the issues of determining the professional profile of students` thinking through verbal indicators.
From May 22 to June 4, at the Faculty of Technology, the internship was continued by Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioengineering Yelizarov M. O. and Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Technology of Machine-Building Shlyk S. V. Associate Professor Yelizarov M.O. studied the educational process at the Department of Computer Science and Natural Sciences and, together with his Czech colleagues, worked on developing a Stirling engine model of its own design; in particular, some details of the future engine were printed on the 3D printer. Upon completion of the construction of the model and testing it in the work it is planned to write and publish a joint scientific article.
And associate professor Shlyk S. V. familiarized himself with the educational process at the Department of Technology of Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Technology and Business. During the internship, associate professor Shlyk S. V. joined the final control of the students of the host department. In the framework of scientific cooperation, associate professor Shlyk S. V. together with the Czech colleagues prepared for publication a scientific article was and two more articles in co-authorship are planned.
The host party and representatives of our university have shown a common interest in the further development of the program of scientific and pedagogical internships. A meeting of KrNU representatives with the rector of the partner educational institution Marek Vochozka was held, in which the prospects and plans for further cooperation between universities were discussed.
