III International exhibition Modern Educational Establishments - 2012
III International exhibition Modern Educational Establishments - 2012 was held 1-3 March 2012 at Exhibition centre Kyiv Ekspo Plaza. Dmytro Tabachnyk, the Minister of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, emphasized in his opening speech: Not only the exhibition is that we are opening, but the whole complex of innovative projects.

Pursuant to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the exhibition Modern Educational Establishments has been awarded with the international status and enrolled to the List of international exhibitions of Ukraine since 2010.

The exhibition revealed achievements of national educational system, creative highlights of pedagogical and scientific societies, the innovative modernizing practice of all the educational branches, as well as HEIs international and social collaboration, international integration as per the Decrees of President and Government of Ukraine, and decisions of III All-Ukrainian educational congress to the wide circles of public: teachers, scientists, experts, and authorities, students, senior pupils and their parents.

International exhibition Modern Educational Establishments has gained the public recognition as a scientific and professional event, which has the broadest geographic scope and the highest educational rank.

765 HEIs of different levels and forms of ownership, training centres, scientific establishments, enterprises, publishing houses from 27 Ukrainian regions, and also from Russia, Czech Republic, Republic of Estonia, Switzerland, Slovak Republic, Poland, USA were presented at the exhibition. Among them were: 118 universities, academies, institutes, colleges, technical schools, national and training centres, international organizations; 480 establishments for post-graduate education, schools, high schools, vocational schools, pre-school and non-school educational establishments; 27 regional educational authorities; 106 training centres for vocational education; 34 publishing houses and mass media collaborating with educational institutions. 137 scientific conferences, workshops, round-table discussion were taking place at the exhibition, where the most urgent problems of education and training further modernizing, IT technologies and pedagogical innovations implementation were discussed with the best institutions achievements, practice and knowledge sharing involved. Our university held a workshop titled Information and communication technologies for technicians training, Oleksii Chornyi, director of Institute of Electromechanics, Energy Saving and Automatic Control Systems of KrNU, was a speaker.

KrNU was awarded with Grand Prix Leader of scientific activity and honorary Diploma For participation in modernization of educational system, and also 3 personal diplomas were granted to our university.
