²Õ International Scientific Forum Competition for students and young scientists
06.05.14 Recently in the National University of mineral resources "Mining" (St. Petersburg , Russia ) took place the ninth international scientific forum competition for students and young scientists callled "SUBSOIL PROBLEMS." This year it was attended by about 400 delegates from the leading specialized universities in the world. Among them - nine delegations from higher educational establishments of Ukraine :
•the National University of Kremenchug MykhailoOstrohradskyi ;
•the Ukrainian State Research and Design Institute of Mining Geology ,Geomechanics and Mine Surveying , Donetsk ;
• Donetsk National Technical University ;
• National Mining University , Dnipropetrovsk ;
• Kiev Polytechnic Institute ;
• Krivorozhskij National University ;
• Dneprodzerzhinsk State Technical University ;
• National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine , Dnepropetrovsk ;
• Donbass State Technical University .
The representatives of our university were the associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Credit and PhD in Economics Hovrak Inna Viktorovna and the 5th year student of educational and research institute of mechanics and transport Anton Vorobyev .
On 23 of April the rector of the University , professor V. S. Litvinenko and the honored guests spoke at the plenary meeting. Breakout sessions were begun after lunch.
Also, on April 23, there was a meeting of the rector of the National University of mineral resources "Mining" V. S. Litvinenka with the leaders of Ukrainian delegations .
On April 24, in 2014 there was signed an agreement on cooperation between educational and research institute of mechanics and transport of the Kremenchug Mykhailo Ostrohradskij National University and Mining Faculty of the National University of mineral resources "Mining" .
Alos, during the forum a cultural program was provided: sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg and the mountain and visiting the Temple Museum of Mining Engineers .
