Supertechnology of molecular anticorrosive defence of “STECHMAZ”

1. An exclusive right and joint commercial realization of object of intellectual property is offered: “Technology of the speed cleaning” at the Ukrainian market and sale high-quality products on an export.

2. Created the department of the systems of electro-consumption and power management of Kremenchyk Mykhaylo Ostrogradskyi National University and International innovative consortium “ENERGY” of machine of abrasive-jet | “UkrTARI|” (further are Machines) allow to get a substantial income (for example: “UkrTARI -250” more than 10 thousand of Uah).

3. The results of experimental researches and long-term experience of industrial application testify: cleaning speed is promoted in five times, and the expense of workings components is reduced in three times as compared to the newest foreign developments.

Annually by virtue of necessities domestic enterprises import for own needs more than 3000 sand-blast machines from Russia, Germany, USA and other countries, because the Ukrainian factories do not make analogical products. On 2011 on the enterprises of Ukraine more than 35 thousand of out-of-date models of vehicles was used. They are characterized considerable uneffectiveness, excessive expense of abrasive, compressed air and by the low productivity.

Realization of perspective development of department of the systems of electro-consumption and power management and consortium “ENERGY” will allow to decide the followings tasks:

4. STECHMAZ” consists in simultaneous high temperature and hight abrasive affecting the processed surface of two-pot supersonic high enthalpy stream which is formed in the rocket accelerating “TORCH” of machine of abrasive-jet “UkrTARI”.

In basis of work principle of acceleration of particulate matters is stopped up in a liquid rocket engine, on the basis of invention of 1979: “Method of termo abrasive treatment of Gal'chenko”, protected the patents of SU 1089876, Ukraine: 6318; 78687; 88152, to Russia: 2248871; 2338638, Bereich Deutschland 09—1605, Euroð. ÅÐ 1652621 Â1 and ÐÑÒ WO 2005/023729. Supertechnology and accelerating “TORCH” intended for the speed, high-quality cleaning of bridges, reservoirs, cars, railway carriages and maritime courts, including under water, from a blight and dross, and the most important - rubber-bitumen or polyurethane coverages which it is not in strength another ways.

A machine is intended for preparation of surfaces of cars, technological equipment and build constructions under causing of coverages, cleanings from contaminations and products of corrosion, improvement of decorative properties of facings stone, facades of buildings, monuments of histories and architecture.

5. The state Interregional center of investments and development was confirmed by a business plan ¹07 on three years for the receipt of public investments in size of 5,5 million Uah.

6. Awarded with development the gilded youths on international exhibitions in Plovdive, to Geneva. Experience of application is presented in the Anniversary magazine “navy” ¹3 – 1996, “Railway transport and carriage economy” ¹2 – 1999, “Announcer GET to Russia” ¹6 (33) – 1999 and “Technology of concrete” ¹1 – 2005 year and magazine of B2Hainaut| ¹9 – 2010 year. (Belgium).

Object of intellectual property is incorporated in the European patent bureau and borne in the bank of data of international firm IRB.
