Phase IV: Communication Strategies and Relationships University-School» 12.11.18 The first stage of the project «Innovation University and Leadership. Phase IV: Communication Strategies and Relationships University-School» took place in Poland (Warsaw and Krakow) from October 07 to November 03, 2018. Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting and Finance, Ph.D. Inna Khovrak successfully passed the competitive selection. The total number of participants is 25 people. The goal of the project is toprepare academic leaders who are will ingandable to implement modern communication technologies in the practice of Ukrainian higher education. The project is supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and under the honorary patronage of the Foundation of Polish Rectors – the Institute of Knowledge Society. The project wasco-organized by the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, the Artes Liberales Foundation (on the Polish side), the International Foundation for the Study of Educational Policy and the Union of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine (on the Ukrainian side). Participation in the project included training and individual consultations on the following topics: «Law 2.0. The New Constitution for Science and Higher Education in Poland»; «University Communication with the Environment»; «Formation of the University brand»; «Cooperation of an educational institution with local self-government bodies»; «Quality of Higher Education: Contemporary Understanding and Ukrainian Context»; «Challenges facing historic cities in the context of tourism and student migration»; «Media service of an educational institution»; «From an entrant to a graduate – the task and purpose of the Center for Didactic Support in collaboration with other structural units», etc. During the visit, Inna Khovrak was developing the idea of the project "The impact of higher education institutions on the development of regions», which will be implemented jointly with Ukrainian colleagues participating in the program.
