Goals of sustainable development




GOAL 9: BUILD RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE, PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRIALIZATION AND FOSTER INNOVATION

As part of the international consortium, KrNU participates in the grant proposal "VOLTCAR" in the heading "Research and innovation activities" of the EU program "Horizon Europe" on the topic HORIZON-CL5-2022-D5-01-09 "Nextgen electric vehicle components: highly efficient and inexpensive electric motors, with recycling and low use of rare resources" (2ZERO). The budget of the project is EUR 6 million, of which KrNU's share is EUR 120,000.

The research infrastructure of the university consists of three powerful research centers: "Processing of materials with powerful energy flows", "Energy consumption, energy use and energy management", "Nanoelectronics and information and control systems", which include ten experimental laboratories. Based one of them ("Processing of materials with powerful energy flows"), scientific and technical (experimental) work "Development of a shock-friction device for strengthening gun barrels in industrial and field conditions" is being carried out at the expense of the state budget (Head V.V. Dragobetskyi).

A new scientific school "Economics and Management of Innovative Activities" was created (supervisors: Doctor of Economic Sciences, Prof., Head of the Business Administration, Marketing and Tourism Department Trunina I. M. and Doctor of Economic Sciences, Prof., Head of the Economics department Maslak O.I.)

Two specialized academic councils were formed to award the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in the following specialties: 03.05.05 "Pressure processing processes and machines", 06.21.01 "Environmental safety" and 08.00.04 "Economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity)", 08.00 .07 "Demography, labor economy, social economy and politics."

106 protection documents were obtained (three utility model patents, two invention patents and 101 copyright certificates). One textbook, one monograph, 14 issues of three specialized scientific journals, as well as 11 collections of abstracts of reports based on the results of nine International and two All-Ukrainian conferences of KrNU have published. The annual award of Supreme Council of Ukraine for young scientists for the scientific work "Mathematical and computer modeling of thermal processes in complex systems of metallurgy and electromechanics" was awarded to O.B. Kobylska.

An academic scholarship of the President of Ukraine for graduate students for the 2023/2024 academic year was awarded to A. V. Genova.

A scholarship named after Hero of the Heavenly Hundred, Hero of Ukraine Ihor Serdyuk was awarded to students O. I. Dubovik and V. V. Zuyev.

The international scientific and technical conference MEES'23 - 2023 IEEE 5th International Conference on Modern Electrical and Energy System was held as part of IEEE Kremenchuk University Week.

196 scientific works by 686 authors from 12 countries of the world were submitted to the conference: Slovakia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Morocco, Pakistan, Poland, Slovenia and Ukraine Under the patronage of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO the 6th International competition of student scientific works in 11 specialties was held (598 GDRs from 144 higher education institutions of 30 countries were considered), as a result of which 285 works were awarded diplomas of I-III degrees, in particular 60 - from KrNU.

During the year, young scientists took part in 83 conferences.

Received a scholarship at the request of the regional director of the Kateryna Kovshevych Foundation, prof. H. T. Kapustian 11 best students of KrNU for the total sum of UAH 111,000 for academic success and active participation in the development of civil society in Ukraine. Students in co-authorship with university scientists published 398 scientific articles and theses of reports, including 78 independently.

Scholarships of the Kremenchuk City Council were awarded to 24 students of KrNU, six of them received them for significant success in studies and scientific work.

Won the right to receive personal scholarships of the President of Ukraine (6 students), Hero of the Heavenly Hundred Dmytro Chernyavskyi (1 female student), Hero of Ukraine Ihor Serdyuk (two students).

The XXX International scientific and practical conference of students, postgraduates and young scientists "Actual problems of society's life" was held. 261 scientific reports were applied for participation, including from ten countries of the world and 76 participants from 26 higher education institutions of Ukraine.
