Educational-methodological Department
Main lines of action of the Department
• Methodical assistance to lecturers of departments on composition of methodical documentation (educational, academic programs, methodical instructions on various kinds of academic studies, syllabuses) and their evaluation on conformity to requirements of regulatory documents of the University.
• Control of the state of methodological support for educational programs' disciplines, implementation of the plan of methodical publications of university departments.
• Development of recommendations and standards for the execution of methodological documentation.
• Providing current information on the state of methodological support in certain disciplines or specialties to heads of departments, deans, directors of institutes, guarantors of educational programs, vice-rectors.
• Processing of rating materials concerning scientific and pedagogical staff of the departments.
• Preparation of materials on methodological work for accreditation and licensing of the university educational programs.
• Administration of the questionnaire of students, employers and university graduates.
• Internal monitoring of ensuring the quality of education at the university, providing academic honesty and improving the methodological support of higher education educational programs' disciplines.
The specialists of the Department are guided in their activities by the Law of Ukraine "On education", by the Law of Ukraine "On higher education", Provisions on organization of academic activity at KrNU, Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University Charter, Industry standards for education, curricula and work curricula of specialties, Orders and Informational letters of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Code of quality of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, Code of Academic Ethics at Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, the System of ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education (internal system of quality ensuring) at Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, provisions of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, orders and instructions of the Rector of the University.
The Department is operating in close contact with departments, dean's offices, institutes, the Education office and the Publication Department
